FLB serial energy-saving spindle tape
It is mainly used in the spinning and twisting equipment driven by spindle tape.
Features:
1, light weight, thin tape, high strength, good elongation, wearability, good bending resistance, long life.
2, Medium rubbing coefficient, antistatic, no slip, no adhesion to material, good transmission efficiency, good power-saving efficiency, stable speed, low rate differences, flat joint ( with the same strength of belt)
3, It should be adhered in special adhesive and NH-A-2 bonders.
Storage:
1, Avoid heat, far away from central heating radiator, because it will become embitterment in high temperature.
2, Avoid insolation, it will harm the performance of coating layer in sunlight.
3, Avoid moisture. No water and moisture, or the belt may adhere the materials.
4, Avoid oil agent, acid and alkali, which is harmful to belt.

Usage notice:
First, the length of the spindle belt is selected (refer to the attached table)
1. According to the actual circumference of the model + joint length (composite belt, double belt is generally 30mm).
2. The actual circumference should be measured according to the center position of the tension disc.
Second, the width of the ingot can be determined according to user requirements or according to the model
Third, joint surface treatment
1. The surface treatment length of the spindle belt joint is 30mm, and the two ends are kept consistent for uniform sealing.
2, the grinding shape is slope-shaped, grinding to the surface layer is short fiber, fluffy is appropriate, not too thin, so as not to affect the joint strength.
3. When the unfavorable state occurs after the treatment, the eccentric shaft of the grinding wheel of the grinding machine can be adjusted to the optimal state.
4. The surface after treatment should be kept clean and avoid water, oil and impurities.
Fourth, the adhesive brush
1. The spindle joint only needs to apply adhesive on one side (rubber surface) of the two grinding surfaces. The surface of the adhesive coating should be uniform. The excess part can be scraped off with a blade or a straight ruler. After the completion, there must be no whitening. (The glue will make the joint too brittle and break)
Five, spindle with joint
1. The bonding machine should be used correctly according to the voltage of 220V or 36V. Do not connect 36V to 220V to avoid burning the hot plate.
2. The hot plate temperature is 110~120°C.
3. Place the butt strips on the hot plate of the bonding machine with the rubber facing up, then pressurize (pressure ≥ 40N/cm2), avoid skewing and keep straight when hot-sealed for 3 minutes/time. In order to ensure that the ingot belt is evenly and smoothly stressed during operation.
4. The bonding of the ingot belt should be determined according to the model to determine the positive or negative twist. The joint direction should be glued and loaded in the running direction. (Single strength wheel can be lapped clockwise or counterclockwise, double tension wheel does not need to be smashed)
6. Common accidents and causes of ingot belt use
1. The spindle strip is decapitated: the glue is brushed too little, the temperature of the hot press is out of control, the pressure of the hot press is not in place, and the joint of 3 cm is not placed in the center of the hot press when the spindle is connected.
2, the spindle with broken ends: the amount of glue is too large, the temperature of the hot press is too high over 140 ° C, mechanical damage, the spindle strips off the tension disk.
3. Ingot with burrs: The flywheel disc (rotating shaft) and the tension disc are misaligned, so that the spindle belt runs on the flywheel disc, and wears for a long time to form the ingot with burrs and edging.
4, the spindle belt joint reverse operation.
Seven, use FLB series spindle belt notes
1. If abnormal spindle speed is found, first check the condition of the spindle, whether the spindle is shaking its head; whether the spindle is vibrating or hot, whether the spindle hook is obstructing the normal operation of the spindle due to excessive plugging, etc.; Is the belt position normal?
2, the ingot strip off, especially at the small wheel, should be timely to help or remove the ingot from the small roulette.
3. Do not use “sweeping” when cleaning, use bamboo stick to clean.
4, the spindle can not be overfilled, too much oil on the spindle, the spindle belt is easy to slip or run out of the small roulette.
